1) The South Ural University of Technology is one of the largest and most prominent Higher Educational Institutions in the city of Chelyabinsk. It is a leading center of education, science and culture.

2) It was founded in 1996.

3) There are branches in several cities of Russia: in Zlatoust, Kartaly, Kurgan.

4) More than 5,000 studentsstudyatour University. It is their alma mater.

5) There are some forms of learningthere, such as full-time and part-time.

6) In our University,there are above 20 specialities, for example, "Economics", "Management", "Design", "Economic Security", "Customs Business", "Architecture", "Jurisprudence", "Information Technology", etc.

7) Graduates of our Universityget international qualification "Bachelor" and "Master". In some disciplines there is also a degree of "Specialist" for example, "Economic Security".

8) Duration of study for full-time students with a qualification "Bachelor" is 3 or 4 years, with the degree of "Master" -2 years, with a degree of "Specialist" -5 or 6 years. Part-time learning is shorteror longer.

9) Our Universityhas a lot of highly qualified and experienced teachers and professors:12 doctors, 65 candidates of sciences.

10) Students learn general educational and special subjects, such as Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Economic History, Sociology, Psychology, Foreign languages.

11) The teaching combines following types of training sessions: lectures, practical classes and seminars.

12) Our Universityis a modern Higher School. Students are available to multimedia classrooms, a library with access to the Internet, computer rooms, gyms, reading halls.

13) Study at our Universityallows the students to develop intellectually, physically and culturally. There are sports clubs for volleyball, basketball, football.

14) For students who are fond of art there areachoreographic studio, a vocal studio, the student newspaperthere.
